Your Role

As a Lead UPSC Faculty, you will play a key academic leadership role by:

• Teaching General Studies subjects for UPSC CSE (Prelims & Mains)

• Building and leading our GS academic program

• Developing and teaching Optional Subject batches (based on expertise)

• Building and driving NCERT Foundation batches for beginners

• Delivering engaging offline and online classes

• Creating high-quality notes, tests, assignments, and answer-writing programs

• Mentoring students through every stage of their UPSC preparation

• Keeping content updated with the latest UPSC trends, PYQs, and current affairs

• Mandatory

  • Must have written the UPSC Civil Services Mains Examination

  • Strong command over one or more UPSC subjects such as:

    • Polity

    • History

    • Geography

    • Economy

    • Environment

    • Science & Technology

    • Ethics

    • International Relations

    • Society

    • Governance

  • Excellent classroom communication skills in both English and Hindi

  • Strong conceptual clarity with the ability to simplify complex topics

  Preferred

  • Appeared for the UPSC Personality Test (Interview)

  • Previous UPSC teaching experience

  • Experience mentoring aspirants for Prelims, Mains, or Interview

  • Ability to create high-quality academic content and test series
