Your Role
As a Lead UPSC Faculty, you will play a key academic leadership role by:
Teaching General Studies subjects for UPSC CSE (Prelims & Mains)
Building and leading our GS academic program
Developing and teaching Optional Subject batches (based on expertise)
Building and driving NCERT Foundation batches for beginners
Delivering engaging offline and online classes
Creating high-quality notes, tests, assignments, and answer-writing programs
Mentoring students through every stage of their UPSC preparation
Keeping content updated with the latest UPSC trends, PYQs, and current affairs

Mandatory
Must have written the UPSC Civil Services Mains Examination
Strong command over one or more UPSC subjects such as:
Polity
History
Geography
Economy
Environment
Science & Technology
Ethics
International Relations
Society
Governance
Excellent classroom communication skills in both English and Hindi
Strong conceptual clarity with the ability to simplify complex topics
Preferred
Appeared for the UPSC Personality Test (Interview)
Previous UPSC teaching experience
Experience mentoring aspirants for Prelims, Mains, or Interview
Ability to create high-quality academic content and test series
